This has become a sort of stand-by quick evening meal on busy weekdays.. That the broccoli can be thrown right into the same pot to cook with the pasta was something of a revelation : ) This works well with frozen broccoli too, which is something I keep on hand. Thanks!

Oh Andie! This was delicious! I had a late afternoon library meeting that went until 8pm. I already had broccoli steamed. Came home, boiled some linguine fini, toasted my panko breadcrumbs with about 3 cloves of garlic, zest from 1 lemon and some of the lemon juice. Had some fresh Parmesan but only dried parsley and basil so used that instead. What a delicious meal! It has now become a new favorite. Thank you Andie! Keep fighting the battle….PS, I just watched your TED talk and loved it

I needed this post last night! This looks like a perfect quick last minute dinner – especially for someone as obsessed with broccoli with lemon and Parm as me. This is definitely getting printed to go in my last-minute dinners folder :)
