1. Rice bag/heating pad. I always had low back & low abdominal pain. This helped so much.

2. My water bottle. The dang straw cups the hospital gives didn’t hold enough water for me & I hated waiting for refills.

3. Breast feeding pillows.

4. Swaddle blankets for babe. The small ones from the hospital are ineffective. Ha.

5. Snacks. The things they have on hand in the middle of the night weren’t ideal. And after pushing out a human & then feeding them from your body, you get HUNGRY! Haha
