It was one of those that I kept thinking about long after I was done reading each article.

My babies are 25 and 22-almost-23, and it’s gone by in the blink of an eye. Thanks for the reminder of the early days. My theory has always been that God makes babies so precious so that when they’re teenagers, we don’t kill them…and he makes teenagers so horrid so that when they leave home, it doesn’t kill us. I miss my kids every single day.

My daughter turned 18 on February 15th and my son turns 16 on February 26th. Reading your beautiful words brought me right back to 2001 and 2003 and deeply longing for those moments and sleepless nights. “The days are long, but the years are short” I appreciate how you are enjoying every, single emotional moment. Thank you for sharing and allowing me to weep for days long gone.

I have a 9 month old baby boy and you totally out into words how I feel so much love for him I could practically burst. It’s hard to explain to people, so it’s so cool to read your writing and feel like you get it! I mean I assume people love their babies as much but when someone else puts words to it, you know it. Keep enjoying that sweet boy. He is really cute!!! And I am very knowledgeable about cute baby boys :)

Always has been :) I loved reading about how THESE are the moments we remember on our deathbads, not the ‘lifetime achievements.’

Sending you love, Mama
