Made this the other day for dinner and it was delicious. We loved the lightness of the dressing and the addition of basil to the salad which was a nice addition to every bite. Thanks for the recipe!

I made this chicken tonight for my very picky husband. Instead of putting it on a salad, though, I paired it with an herb stuffed tomato and brown rice. It was really delicious and my husband cleared it plate! :-)
